How to order

Order online through PayPal or by post. Print out an order form which you can download at the bottom of this page.

Payment

We accept payment by cheque or PayPal. Cheques are made payable to "Trinity Designs   Ltd."(Jane Claire trades as part of Trinity Designs Ltd).Please print out your order form and post it to : Jane Claire,The Rectory, Crathorne, Nr Yarm, North Yorkshire, TS15 OBB.

Postage

Our standard delivery charge is £2.95.All items will be sent Royal Mail recorded or special delivery.Non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands and overseas residents please email or call us on:

Delivery

Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Returns

We will exchange or refund any product you are not happy with, providing they are in their original condition.Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for the returned goods. We will not be held responsable for anything that gets lost or broken in transit. Delivery/Returns postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Any damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery to have a replacement sent.

VAT

VAT is included on all items.We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.

Disclaimer

Some of our cushions have buttons, felt flowers and pompoms attached to them.These items are not suitable for children under 3 years old.Each cushion is individual, there will be a slight variation from the photographed image.
